I have suffered with anxiety for the past 10 years. I started experiencing panic attacks when I thought I wouldn't be able to access a toilet, this then developed into enclosed or crowded spaces. In meetings I would need to make sure I was next to the door, if not I would become faint. It was really debilitating, crowded places would totally stress me out and I would ruin all family outings. After two hypnotherapy sessions with Laura I have to say I feel amazing, I can use all the techniques to calm myself down, the anxiety feeling comes but it doesn't escalate- I can control it. I am finally in control.

Anxiety Hypnotherapy

I contacted Laura because my eating was out of control. I would binge eat chocolate, sweets and biscuits all day at work, sometimes without realising I would find myself with my head in the fridge half way through a chocolate bar. If I had a bad day at work I would call in the shop on the way home and treat myself to whatever I wanted 'because I deserved it'. I always felt terrible after, I would go to bed and mentally beat myself up about my lack of control. I couldn't understand why I was so controlled in other areas of my life but had non in this area. Laura helped me realise I deserve better- I don't treat myself with crappy food no more, I immediately lost the urge to binge on chocolate, the next day at work when the girls offered me the biscuits I turned them down without even feeling like I was missing out. I'm beyond pleased with the result, thanks Laura.
